Banana Fritters

One Pan Banana Fritters rolled in Sugar & Choc Drizzle

  • 3 bananas, halved and sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Melted chocolate for dipping
  • Powder Sugar for rolling
  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt.

  2. Separately whisk together milk and sour cream

  3. Add eggs one at a time and then vanilla.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until mixed well

  5. Peel bananas, cut in half, then slice each half into thin strips.

  6. Dip the banana slices into the pancake batter.

  7. Cook on each side or until golden brown.

  8. Remove and let cool slightly.

  9. Top with powdered sugar

  10. Serve with maple syrup or choc dip
