One Pan Banana Fritters rolled in Sugar & Choc Drizzle

  • 3 bananas, halved and sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Melted chocolate for dipping
  • Powder Sugar for rolling


  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt.
  • Separately whisk together milk and sour cream
  • Add eggs one at a time and then vanilla.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until mixed well
  • Peel bananas, cut in half, then slice each half into thin strips.
  • Dip the banana slices into the pancake batter.
  • Cook on each side or until golden brown.
  • Remove and let cool slightly.
  • Top with powdered sugar
  • Serve with maple syrup or choc dip
