Ingredients
  

  • ** IngredientsFor the Malva sauce **
  • 25 ml Water
  • 150 g Soft brown sugar
  • 45 g Butter
  • 5 ml Vanilla essence
  • 250 ml Fresh cream
  • ** Ingredients for Waffles **
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • Sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • ** To make the Malva sauce **
  • Mix ingredients in a non stick pan
  • Simmer until sugar has dissolved while stirring
  • Simmer 2 minutes more then remove from the heat.
  • ** To make the Waffles
  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  • In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg
  • Pour wet over dry ingredients and whisk
  • Stir in melted butter.
  • Bake waffles until golden brown
  • Dust with sugar
  • Serve with cream & Berries and top with Malva Sauce
