Roast Beef Slow Roasted Beef, prepared with Garlic and Rosemary. Carefully prepared using Olive oil and Salt & Pepper, then the roast starts at a high temperature to get browning for flavour, and then lower oven temp to cooks the beef “slow and low” for a couple hours. The lower heat prevents gristle from getting too tough and ensures a succulent and tender meat. |
