- Hanging Beef Slow Cook / Smoke. Grilling on a Sunday afternoon is a tradition here at Scatterlings. We all gather around the fire and make delicious food full of smoke & flavor. This next get-together will be no different, except that it will be the first time we Slow Cook / Smoke a hanging Beef Cut over the fire for 4 hours! Come to the Fire as we cut you some succulent meat for your plate.
- Grilled Prawns, splayed over the open fire, prepared with nothing but garlic, course salt and olive oil.
- Stuffed Crab served with freshly baked mini bread rolls or crackers. Imagine sweet delicate crab meat mixed in a cool creamy sauce with hints of briny tangy flavor. It tastes like it belongs ocean side during the summer.
- Braised Pork and Clams, a popular dish that combines pork and clams, showcasing the mixing of meat and seafood. The dish is prepared marinating pork in a blend of spices, garlic, and white wine before cooking it with clams in a white wine sauce.
- Seafood Rice is a luxurious side-dish that is a perfect compliment to the already great menu. Enjoy a mixture of seafood, lightly fried and served with fried rice topped with olive oil and a light sprinkling of fresh herbs.
- Vegetarian Meals made by a real Vegetarian ( for those of us, who are ‘Veggies’) “On Booking only”
- Variety of Salads. No Buffet is complete without mouth-watering salads
- Garlic Bread served hot.
- Desserts & Cheese Platter at the end of your meal with coffee and tea.
- Lizzies Chili will be on sale again and you can try some before you buy with your lunch.
