Scatterlings of Africa Club Fair Stall – Terms & Conditions
- Entrance for Stall holders from 8.00 am.
Arrival time needs to be arranged with Gerard on WhatsApp: (+351) 917 428 356 - Stall holder cars can be brought in to load / offload but need to be
removed 30 minutes before the public enter. - Stalls must be set up at least 30 minutes before official start time.
- Each stall will be erected by the Stall holder and dismantled at the end of the Fair.
- Stall holder will supply their own tables, chairs and covering.
- Stall holder will have access to electricity (max 6 amp / 1800 Watt).
Stall holder needs to supply own power cords / extensions. - There is a water-point within easy reach of all stalls.
- Stall holder will dispose of all their garbage and leave the
space in the same condition that they found it. - Stalls are not permitted to sell goods other than whats stated on application.
(Stall that was not registered as a food / drink stall cannot sell any food or drink to the public) - Stall holders Children must be under parents control and animals
need to be controlled by stall holder during the Fair.
